Synopsis For Baffin Bay To Rio Grande Out 60 Nm-

Synopsis

South winds have increased to 25 to 30 knots over the offshore waters of the Lower Texas Gulf. Small craft advisories have been posted for all marine areas of deep south Texas through 9 PM CST Wednesday. The combination of deepening surface low pressure over the Texas Panhandle interacting with strong surface high pressure over the Gulf will induce strong southerly winds over the marine areas now through Wednesday. A cold front will move through the coastal waters of deep south Texas on Thursday morning shifting winds north at 20 to 25 knots and keeping flags raised for much of Thursday.

Wednesday Night Southwest winds 10 to 15 knots becoming northwest 15 to 20 knots early in the morning. A moderate chop on the Bay. Slight chance of showers after midnight.
Thursday North winds around 20 knots becoming northeast 10 to 15 knots late in the afternoon. A moderate chop on the Bay.
Thursday Night Northeast winds around 15 knots. A moderate chop on the Bay. Slight chance of showers after midnight.
Friday North winds around 15 knots diminishing to around 10 knots after midnight. A moderate chop on the Bay.
