Synopsis For The Middle Texas Coastal Waters
A weak frontal boundary will move slowly southward across the region Saturday. This front will trigger isolated to scattered showers and thunderstorms over the waters tonight through Saturday night. Due to a weak mean sea level pressure gradient over the region...generally light and variable wind is expected tonight through Saturday night. Rain chances will begin to slowly diminish Sunday...as slightly drier air begins to move into the area and the frontal boundary dissipates. A relatively weak wind regime is expected on Sunday...with onshore flow resuming by Monday but with the weak flow continuing. Onshore flow will increase by Wednesday...as low pressure develops over West Texas.
