Part 3. Forecast south of trough. Southeast winds 15/25 knots. Moderate/rough seas. Moderate swell. Isolated storms.
North of trough, west of 100e. Variable winds 10 knots. Slight seas. Moderate south to southwest swell in the Indian Ocean. Isolated storms.
East of 100e. Northeast/southeast winds 5/15 knots, increasing to 15/25 knots in the Gulf of Carpentaria and southern Arafura Sea. Slight/moderate seas tending moderate/rough in the Gulf of Carpentaria and southern Arafura Sea. Isolated storms.
Remark: a minor change is planned for the High Seas Forecast. The header on this forecast will include reference to Metarea 8 and will take effect from Tuesday 11 June.
