Snow mixing with rain at times in the afternoon along the coast. Snow accumulation 3 to 7 inches. Highs in the lower 20s to mid 30s. East wind 15 to 30 mph. Through Portage Valley and Turnagain Arm...east wind 15 to 30 mph increasing to 35 to 45 mph with gusts to 65 mph in the afternoon.
