At 4:55 am...National Weather Service Doppler radar indicated scattered showers and thunderstorms across parts of northeast Oklahoma and far northwest Arkansas. Most of the precipitation was along and north of Highway 412. The showers and storms were moving to the east at 25 miles an hour. Overall the intensity of the precipitation has been decreasing. Theough 7 am...scattered showers and thunderstorms will continue to affect parts of northeast Oklahoma and northwest Arkansas. Most of the rain will continue to remain along and north of Highway 412. Brief heavy rainfall will accompany the strongest storms with some localized places possibly receiving around an inch of additional rain through 7 am.
