* At 10:15 am Wednesday the stage was 11.9 feet... and rising.
* Flood stage is 15 feet.
* No flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast.
* Forecast... rise above flood stage Thursday evening... and continue
rising to 15.4 feet Friday morning. Fall below flood stage Friday.
* Impact... at 15 feet... water affects much of 22nd Avenue Road.
