Statement as of 10:04 CST le 08 novembre 2009 The Flood Warning continues for the Ouachita River at Columbia. * Until further notice... or until the warning is cancelled. * At 7:00 am Sunday the stage was 68.8 feet. * Moderate flooding is occurring and major flooding is forecast. * Flood stage is 65.0 feet. * Forecast... the river will continue rising to near 70.0 feet by Saturday morning November 14th. 1004 am CST sun Nov 08 2009 The Flood Warning continues for the Ouachita River at Monroe. * Until further notice... or until the warning is cancelled. * At 9:00 am Sunday the stage was 47.6 feet. * Major flooding is occurring and major flooding is forecast. * Flood stage is 40.0 feet. * Forecast... the river will continue rising to near 48.5 feet by Thursday morning then begin slowly falling.
