            Torrential rain was causing flash flooding of the park
            Road in Caprock canyons State Park. 1.92 inches of rain
            fell in about one half hour.

            8 inch tree limbs down... Mobile homes moved and roof
            damage observed. Wind gust estimated to 70 mph. Time
