Now, for your tropical update. In the Atlantic, post-tropical cyclone Nadine is located over the Northeastern Atlantic Ocean about 650 miles West-Northwest of the Canary Islands and is moving South-Southeastward at around 10mph. Regeneration of this system into a tropical or subtropical cyclone is possible as it moves into slightly warmer waters during the next couple of days. The National Hurricane Center is giving this system a medium chance, 40%, of becoming a tropical or subtropical cyclone during the next 48 hours. Also, in the Atlantic, a non-tropical low pressure system located about 250 miles East-Northeast of Bermuda is expected to weaken as it moves Northeastward or Northward during the next day or so. The National Hurricane Center is giving this system a low chance, 0%, of becoming a subtropical cyclone during the next 48 hours. In the Eastern Pacific, Tropical Depression Thirteen-E has formed. Winds are at 35mph with a pressure of 1004mbars. Movement is West at 7mph. Is expected to become a tropical storm later today and possibly a hurricane by late Sunday into Monday.
