Hurricane Isaac which is an 80 mph, 975mb storm, has developed 2 eyewalls as shown on radar out of New Orleans.
As you can see, an inner eye/eyewall feature that is sometimes clearly defined but usually is ragged. Also there is a stronger, larger more defined eyewall outside of the inner eyewall. ISAAC HAS JUST MADE LANDFALL now and should start to weaken within the next few hours. A strong band is barreling towards New Orleans which will provide a hefty pile of hurricane force gusts and blinding rain. Image cannot load so here is the URL.
