Please advise road and outlook weather conditions for route east bound I-84 from Vancouver, WA USA to Richland,WA. Via east bound I-84 crossings Columbia River at Biggs Junction then over &^%@!#@%!$%$!** pass WA state route ? Goldendale then down onto Yakima Valley east bound on I-82? to Richland, WA. Traveling Sunday AM then returning Tuesday. I have driven on compact snow & ice and deep snow. Have chains but not studded tires. Thank you for your insight and savvy experience.
