It should freeze tonight• Well below the freezing point by 15° F or more! The wind chill temperatures stayed below 32° F for 13 hours ( 10PM last night until 11 AM this morning ), with the actual temps remaining in the high 30's• South of here the NWS Declared a Winter Storm Advisory, where it is almost always warmer• It snowed in Houston today!
