am glad the North Sea storm and surge didn't develop as expected and that damage was minamal...
Very scary about Kermit....
Lookin blobbier each glance in the S Caribbean.
I love the protest by planting corn everywhere. Good luck, it's certainly worth the fight. No matter how hindered by all the recent flooding.
Sweet Dreams...
I posted this in Gamma's blog, looks like Mica, Martinez AND Guv'nuh Crist held hands on this one. Glad to see it.

Yeah Wabit that tooth of mine said....ssleeeepp.
Jeff e-mailed me back. I thought that article was off. It made it sould like NOAA was just making it public. Apparently the guys got awards of bravery & that's how it's come up again. He past along this article.
Aquak9~ Nice to see that has got vetoed. Looked like it was expected to be by yesterdays article. Christ has suprised me. Forcing FPL to make the solar plant was another good one. Good for the everglades & all the other projects. To think we are above taking care of our water sources is foolish.
off to play
Hi Rainman, Aqua and everybody else...
Mia and I would like to thank you for your help and support on Thursday night. There are still flood warnings active for our area, but there is no immediate danger to lives or property. It has been a tense 48 hours and knowing that you are all here has been a BIG boost!
Many, many thanks from the bottom of our hearts, take care one and all,
Papsis
