East Coast Extreme Weather

Severe Line of Storms in CT, could they make it?
Posted by: TheDawnAwakening, 19:56 GMT le 31 juillet 2009 +0
Right now we have mostly cloudy skies with some sunshine occurring. Breaks are to the southwest, but they will probably not make it before the squall line comes through the area. The only ingredient missing right now is the SBCAPE is too low. Although the MUCAPE and MLCAPE are increasing quickly. I hope it gets more unstable before the line comes through so we could see some interesting weather.
