This is a great question as we wait for things to heat up in the deep tropics. The question of this poll is ,will a hurricane be classified east of 60W before July 20?

I say yes because what we have seen early with some good Tropical Waves.

This is a good topic to make a blog and I know many responses about this important theme will come. Because there has been a drought in terms of Major Hurricanes striking the U.S since 2008, there may be complacency among many people in the U.S coast. My take is to be prepared no matter how many years nothing has occurred in your area because you never know how mother nature will have instored. What do all think about this?
