Very Hot and Dry in Mid Michigan
Posted by: chatcat, 02:42 GMT le 27 juin 2012 +1

With northern Florida under water from now TD Debby, we in Mid Michigan are very dry and very near drought conditions. To make matters worse, temps are once again expected to be in the 90s the remainder of this week. There is only a very slight chance of rain this weekend. We are affected by a strong high pressure center giving us clear skies and winds from the north. Yesterday and today were comfortable but by Thursday the humidity will be on the rise as well as the temps. The 90s and upper 80s will the be norm throughout the weekend. Saturday and Sunday will be our best chance to see some rain but only a slight chance at that.

Here is our forecast:
Wednesday...Partly cloudy. Highs 86 to 90. Southwest winds 10 to 20 mph.

Wednesday Night...Partly cloudy. Lows 65 to 69. South winds 5 to 15 mph.

Thursday...Partly cloudy. Highs 93 to 97. West winds 5 to 15 mph.

Thursday Night...Partly cloudy. Lows 69 to 73. North winds 5 to 15 mph.

Friday...Partly cloudy. Highs 89 to 93.

Friday Night...Mostly clear. Lows 67 to 71.
