last nite we hd a two hour thunderstorm, it was great, one hit as close as 100 meters, i had everything unplug but the tv, i thougth it was a goner, you could actually hear the powercables crackling and see sparks all over the lines, fortunatlly, we didnt lose power or the tv, we been getting some cloud cover and nightly rains for the past few weeks, not much of a tropical weather climate.
floridans keep an eye on gustav, i just hope it doesnt come to hard on you or, the yucatan peninsula (it could turn) keep safe Ogal.
