April 2012 is almost over and what a roller coaster it was. There were damaging tornados in the plains, rain, snow, hail, wind and cold temps in the east and Ohio Valley region.Oddly enough there were no record highs or lows set for April, so far but the variety of weather types for the month was grand. So far this April has been a crazy one. We saw rain, snow, hail and wind all in the same day. Back on the 10th and 11th there were strong winds, rain and blowing snow; one would have thought it was January. This weekend we saw very strong tornados in the plains. The month is only half way over and I am sure there will be plenty more damaging storms to come. Make sure that you seek shelter when warnings are given and protect yourself from Mother Nature !!!~ Jaso...

Today was a mixed bag of weather. In the Sewickley area we saw, sun, clouds, rain, wind, lightning and rainbows. Intense hail was also reported in the Robinson area around the late AM hours. This week will see some more rain and freezing night time temps. Sunday looks to be the first rain free day reaching almost a high of 70.~ Jason ~

This week will bring cooler temps and a freeze watch that will expire on Tuesday March 27th @ 9am.
