Moving Snow and a Missed Walk

------------------------------------------------- ---
Yesterday I cleared the driveway of snow. The snow had a different texture than normal. It wasn't sticky enough to be snowman type snow but it was a bit tacky. Must have been the near thawing temps. I usually make a path for the mailman across my front lawn for him to deliver bills and save him a few steps, I have to quit that and maybe he'll quit with the bills. When i got across my lawn to the neighbors driveway I continued and did that too. It only took about 10 minutes and saved his back. The snow blower is great as it leaves no piles along side the driveway. After moving the snow I heeded the Queen's warning not to overdo it and never took Abbey out for her walk but she did get a car ride when the daughter took me to city-hall to get the property tax bill for my income tax. I think I shredded the original while going through my stack of paid bills.
It will be back to cookie baking today and get started on the miniature clock. I think if I make it smaller that the original I'll be able to use it with the settlers project and give them a family heirloom.:)
Must be time to go, I hear the Queen rising.
