I took Abbey out for her walk along the gopher ttrails yesterday then it was back to the hoarde in the garage. One good thing is that I'm sure the SIL will just move most of the hoarde to his home and when I need something I'll be able to ask him for it. :) The grandsons already have their eye on sime of my treasures. The daughter is going to shoot me.:)
I guess the cinamon buns weren't that bad. I went for one last night nd they were all gone. Well I guess it's time to try one of Alley's recipes or have a look on betty Crocker's site as Kwgirl suggested and see if I can find some with the texture I want.

Good morning Tony...to get the breadlike effect for your cinnamon rolls, you need a sweet dough for it so yup, you will need to use yeast as in Gramma's old fashioned recipe. I have made them both ways and personally I like the old fashioned bread dough ones best too. Takes a bit more work but you can make a double batch of dough and besides cinnamon rolls, you can make a pan of dinner rolls as well...nothing better than warm rolls from the oven with a dab of butter and jam....yum yum....

Have fun baking dear one. Its a good way to relax.

Morning Tony:
I need another air pressure tank, what do they call it? Collector or something. Took a Webster compressor in trade for wages some years ago and never had a strong enough electric motor to drive it (the 7 hp Brigs&Stratton had been scavenged for a table saw) so I gave it to my friend who used it for years. He now has a much larger compressor but needs the collector and wants me to take the Webster. I use a portable Makita on the job but it would be great to plumb in air permanently in the shop.
But I see you still have use for the collector.
