Funerals Are Not Good Things

Today will be clear in the morning, then partly cloudy. The high 24C with winds less than 5 km/h.
while tonight will be overcast in the evening, then mostly cloudy with a low of 12C and winds less than 5 km/h.

My sister and me attended my step uncles funeral yesterday. It's a sad thing that you only see some relatives at funerals.
My aunt is taking the death hard. My uncle has cared for her as she's been blind, for the last 7 or 8 years and now she's moved into a nursing home. At 86 it will be a big change in her life as well as losing a loved one.
I'll make a point of stopping by regularly to visit as he to children live quite a distance from her. of a family of 10 only an uncle of mine and her are left.

You know Tony as you get old everything falls apart, family, friends etc. etc. I am glad you attended the funeral. I am sure it met a lot to the family. Good morning Tony, OGAL...I was snoozing, decided after I fed the kitties at 4 AM to go back to bed. Nice thing about retirement, you can do that sometimes without feeling guilty, especially when you live alone....LOL Coffee pot is on so waiting for my first morning coffee before I start my day. All I can say is, "its sure nice not to have a boss to tell you what to do." A bit cooler this morning outside but our breezes have diminished too so its not going to make a big difference in temps today. Hopefully as the weekend progresses, it will be more comfortable.
