Regarding Hurricane Bill...

I really dislike our local weather, they usually have no clue. I have lurked a long time on this forum and I have got a serious worry going on.

At what point here in Halifax, Nova Scotia, should I begin to worry about this? I really got a bad feeling it's path is falling on us.
