Hey stranger,

Well, tomorrow is the big day, Bone Doc told me to stay off the bike for a year to let the new knee parts set in the bones and give the muscles and tendons and stuff time to tighten up around the metal parts.

This is the "Old Guy Metal Blog" right? yuk yuk yuk

Well, actually, Oct 7 th would be exactly a year since the knee replacement surgery, but I figure 11 months is close enough.

Going to fire up the big hog and take SugarBear out for our annual Labor Day country breakfast ride.

Will let you know if the new knee makes it back in one piece. Actually, its 3 pieces, upper, lower, and slippery pad in between! :)

He's busy with work or something.

Enjoy the biking season. The bikers that wintered here had a great time. Weather has been really nice most the winter.
