Statement as of 03:03 CST le 24 novembre 2009 ... Dense fog advisory in effect until 9 am CST this morning... The National Weather Service in Jackson has issued a dense fog advisory... which is in effect until 9 am CST this morning. Areas of dense fog have formed generally along and south of the Highway 84 corridor. Visibilities were already frequently reduced to less than one quarter mile and may be near zero at times until conditions begin improving by about mid morning. Precautionary/preparedness actions... A dense fog advisory means visibilities will frequently be reduced to less than one quarter mile. If driving... slow down... use your headlights... and leave plenty of distance ahead of you.
