Areas of fog will continue to plague northwest Montana valleys through the mid morning hours. Law enforcement in Flathead County reported patchy dense fog affecting portions of northern Flathead Valley. People should be alert for reduced visibilities below a quarter mile in these areas. In addition...temperatures in many locations are at to just below freezing this morning so slick roads may accompany the areas of dense fog. Motorists are reminded to reduce speed and leave extra space between vehicles when the fog is encountered.
