Local dense fog this morning.

Patchy fog has formed over the region early this morning.  The fog
may be locally dense at times with visibility reduced to a couple
hundred metres or less.

In addition over eastern Ontario temperatures below zero are
combining with the fog to create icy conditions on untreated roads.

The fog is forecast to lift by late morning.
