Seasonal Dust Devil? Don't know and never heard it referenced as such. Doubt there is at least in our area, which is probably 60-70 miles west of this photo.
We see them here year round. Don't think I have never seen a white one like this, They are always brownish dirt color. This is interesting. On my Favs now.
This must be picking up some White clay dust. Had thought it was snow.
