THREE EXPLOSIONS: Three coronal mass ejections (CMEs) blasted away from the sun in quick succession during the late hours of April 5th: The clouds were propelled by magnetic filaments erupting in various locations around the sun's northern hemisphere. NASA's Solar That is Sunspot 1450.Dynamics Observatory recorded this explosion, the most potent of the three: As per Space W. That is Sunspot 1450

Latest Update! INCOMING CME: NOAA forecasters estimate a 25% chance of strong geomagnetic storms around the poles on April 8-9 when a CME delivers a glancing blow to Earth's magnetic field. The cloud was propelled in our direction by a solar filament, which erupted on April 5th High-latitude sky watchers should be alert for auroras.

In a few weeks will be a small spot on one side of the Sun and within a few hours slowly traverse the solar disc. The movement of this small black dots may seem irrelevant. But this is one of the rarest sights in astronomy - an event known as the transit of Venus, the passage of this planet of the solar disc. If you miss, the next will have to wait until 2117.
The closest planet Earth, which in the night sky is now in a spectacular conjunction of Jupiter, it will go before crossing the Sun June 6, 2012 and can be expected of scientific sensationalism - because astronomers are hoping that the study will provide the key transit data to study the worlds orbiting distant stars.
That's all I read on the internet!
Fantastic shot, Ralf!

With the westward movement of magnetic north, and the increased solar activity this year, One may ask, What's happening...

There is no answer. We, as humans, do not control weather or climate.

About Ralfo
Ralfo ASSUMPTION, PERCEPTION, PREJUDGMENT and EVALUATION. This is my abstract Oil Painting, painted many years ago. I was creating a new style of painting for myself. It is of something very beautiful! This is not just about me but everyone. How we all perceive things. Can you still see that it was and still is Beautiful? It is of a Monarch Butterfly. No matter what happens to it or we, and how it has changed. Aren't we all still Beautiful as we change or get older??? I have alway asked myself many questions about why and how people look at things since I was very young.. What is it that makes something look beautiful or cute. Is it the converging of lines, curves, angles and pretty colors that are formed in a certain way? And! If They Are and or Change with broken and disordered lines, curves angles and color, we think of them as unpleasant, ugly or grotesque. Why do we prejudge and jump to conclusions in split seconds and evaluate without all the facts, past and present. When it comes to living things like people and animals that were beautiful INSIDE and Out and then get older aren't we all still the same person. Aren't we STILL BEAUTIFUL inside? It's all about your Perception. I placed this picture after many years of thinking of showing it. Being Afraid of Scaring people because of their prejudgment in seconds without all the facts. So I wrote what I did! We were all born without Choices! None! We all are what we are! So when we look at others realize they had no choices either. We should Never Prejudge Anyone from the way they look. And always look for the inner Beauty in Them and Everything. NEVER ASSUME! (Ralfo)
