Will work for raisins (see them on the eggs). Actually, they kept him from wandering too far. He was sweet to take pics with the kids.

I sincerely hope the eggs were real. I could not believe it when I heard that children now look for plastic eggs in the US.

This is a wonderful shot, Leslie.

Bernard:

I too have heard this and came to
the conclusion that places like our own local
park where Easter Egg Hunting is held use the
plastic eggs with prizes inside in order to
prevent unfound eggs from either rotting or
being consumed by wildlife.

About dixiedaughter
dixiedaughter Hello, my name is Leslie. I borrowed my handle from my Tennessee Walking horse, Dixie's Daughter. I am a retired respiratory therapist and home care director. My interests include photography, genealogy, historical societies, reenacting (Revolutionary War, WBTS) horse rescue, and paranormal investigating. I am also a big believer in karma and try to live my life accordingly. My husband (AUphoto) and I have two houses, one is a country house on a farm and the other is on the outskirts of Montgomery on Lake Cameron. I enjoy this site very much and love traveling around the World with you each day to amazing places. I appreciate you looking at my photographs and I appreciate you posting yours. Answer to most common question is I only shoot one lens for everything: Canon 18-200 mm. ©Leslie Kirk, 2013 with Southern Comfort Photography, ALL RIGHTS RESERVED, Pike Road, Alabama
