My photo description got cut off, so here is more info about this snow event:
5-6" of heavy wet snow resulted in quite a few broken branches and downed trees in the area. 1 store had a partial roof collapse, and hundreds of people lost power. 3 days later the HI temp was 61F and all of this snow has melted, but some people in rural areas are still in the dark. The record keepers are saying that this was the latest that it has ever snowed in the Eugene Area.
