Thanks for commenting Elaine, Lori, Susan, Gary and Tom. This turned out to be one of the best hikes I have ever been on though it was a hard one. There was a lot of haze in the air but still it was a beautiful day.

Thanks Mara, Cathy, and Wilma for commenting. It was awesome to hike up there. Next time I hope to go the additional 2.2 miles up the Sahale Arm; a gain of another 1,800 feet. It should be such a fabulous view from up there.

Beautiful picture! I think you convinced me to add Cascade Pass to my upcoming hike list. I was hiking at Dickerman yesterday, and the wildflowers were out in full force. Beautiful part of the country we live in!
