Thank you WeatheringHeights for the kind comment. We had hardly any flowers last year due to the exceptional drought conditions but this year has been a spectacular display. Bluebonnets are very hardy. They'll be back with a little heat and moisture.

Thank you Dody2 and Madermade. I should be kicked for not taking more pictures this year as the yucca, native trees and trees are also majestically blooming amid the wildflowers. It is almost unbelievable here this year, nature's way of recovery after our decimating drought of the last two years. I so wish I didn't have to report to a "real job" every day. I'd love to be able to record some of the things I see every day and post them here.
