I would say it looks like it's been raining! :-) We had a large amount of rain in April this year in Somerset which caused various rivers to burst their banks including the river Tone (a tributary of the river that flows thru my town), this caused headaches for farmers who now are faced with acres of wasteland after the water was eventually pumped from the fields.
