Kim, All female donkeys and mules are called Jennys and the males are called Jacks.

By the way, this isn't anything official or anything, but my wife and I have names for male and female roadrunners. Males are George and Females are Mindy. We had so many in the backyard at our old place that we had to stop naming them individually. Ha Ha.
