I have lived on St. John for nearly seventeen years and I am still amazed by its beauty. The best gift I ever gave myself was a digital camera and now it goes with me everywhere. I hike almost every weekend and still have not seen all of this island, though it is the smallest of the U. S. Virgin Islands. It is truly the "Jewel of the Caribbean."
